Don’t you just hate it when people take advantage of your misfortune? I can understand why Cheezar is a little upset… and is it just me or does the scenario he describes sound oddly familiar?
Just sent issue #4 off to the printers but I’m still in the midst of moving house! Stressful isn’t the word! Exciting too though… I’ve also got some great ideas for the next storyarc once issue #5 kicks off (and it will be worth the wait!) I’m also prepping for The Thing so I’ll have some cool new stuff for you guys to come and pick up… including some stuff that’ll never appear online!

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, technical problems are getting in the way of getting pages done and dusted! Please bare with me!
But in much better news the good folks over at comiXpress have got The Mighty Jambo Issue #3 up for sale! So if you missed your chance to purchase a copy when we were down in London back in March now’s your chance to do so online! Any purchases would help me out in a massive way right now but I don’t want to beg you guys… just think of it as a chance to own a piece of history! The penultimate installment of my first storyline!
Also don’t forget issues one and two are still available from the same online store!

I have some bad news I’m afraid! Recent events have eroded the buffer of comics I had on this site so thoroughly that I am forced to either do another hiatus full of nonsense bits of artwork or to change the update schedule for the site so that it only updates once a week!
Obviously I’ve chosen the latter of the two, so from now on The Mighty Jambo will update every Thursday only! I apologise prefusely for the change but real life has intruded again on my comicking and I need to preserve my sanity! I’m already doing an NAS strip per week (which I’ll still update every Monday) and Jambo pages take much longer given the nature of the book!
So I hope I’ve not disapointed too many people with this change and also hope you’ll bare with me! NAS has updated today so I hope you’ll enjoy that and I’ll be back on Thursday!

Well when I was off enjoying myself welcoming in the new year (dressed as Batman no less!) I didn’t have time to check that the website was ticking over as it should!
Basically the 2 posts that I’d scheduled to appear on the 29th of December and New years day didn’t get published for whatever reason… I’ve fixed the problem now and they’re up under the correct dates so you’d never be able to tell, but still I apologise for neglecting you guys over New Year!
Stay tuned for the great stuff we’ve got lined up in 2009 and again I’m sorry for the cock up!

Ok so we’ve got a site that works now… more or less anyway!
I’m gonna keep tweaking it, maybe put in a new feature or two if I feel the urge, but the main focus right now is, as I’ve mentioned in the comic post, gearing up for The Thing 2009. Because there’s nothing worse than showing up to one of these things totally unprepared… trust me I did it 2 years on the trot!
Anyway back to the grindstone! The update schedule will still be Mondays and Thursdays so I hope I’ll see you around!
