He sure aint the lone ranger!
Why’s noone made a film about The Lone Ranger while they’ve been raping all our other childhood heroes for content? Or is it just a sign of my mis-spent youth that I’m the only person under 30 who remembers him? Who knows!

Oh so that’s what was going on!
Welcome to the new home of The Mighty Jambo! I figured switching to a wordpress site would make it easier for me to be self sufficient on the website front… I’ll hopefully get everything up and running shortly!
So it’s all systems go for The Thing now! Just the small matter of getting everything printed I guess… Gonna cost a few quid but hey it’s better than selling insurance 5 days a week right?
Hope a few of you will make the trip down to see us! Or at least you’ll hesitate on your way to see Two Sides Wide for us to grab you and sell you some stuff (that’s who we’re sitting next to this year!)
So yeah, Not Artistically Strong will be updating later in the week and other than that I’ll see you Thursday!

Yeah… I don’t like this page at all!
It’s one of those where it’s a good idea but it didn’t really translate from my head to the page very well… meh, things pick up!
Right! Announcement time! Not Regret Studios will be exhibiting at The UK Web & Mini Comix Thing 2009 in March next year! Exciting stuff! We plan to have a buttload of merchandise on sale by then so we’ve got a lot to do… can’t wait though, should be awesome!
Hope to see some of you there, but in the meantime I’ll be back on Monday with another update!

Ok so that’s not what he’s actually gonna say on Thursdays update… maybe in the directors cut? (god what am I saying? Stop making more work for yourself idiot!)
I’ve spent all weekend in a really depressed mood, everything I drew was “crap” as far as I could see but tonight (about four hours ago now) I pulled myself out of this funk with booze and cake. I then managed to bash out one of my favourite panels I’ve ever drawn! I’ll have to remember to mention which one it was when the page gets posted in 2009!
See this is how far ahead I’m posting these things! I’ve got another issue after this one drawn and good to go to the printers as soon as I can afford it… now how could I raise the cash for that I wonder?
Anyway I’ll be back on Thursday with another page!

More musical jokes too! More of everything this week, but no Not Artistically Strong strip this week sadly… I’m working on something a bit special but I’ve not got to a point where it’s anything to shout about yet!

That’s right! It’s another musical gag! They totally work even without any noise!
I’m trying my best to juggle work, actual free time and my comics so this doesn’t start feeling like work again and put me off doing it! As I’ve said before Jambo’s safe with updates well into the new year so long as I remember to post em… But N-A-S updates may well suffer as I try and find a balance!
I’ve got a lot of stuff that needs sorting out so please bare with me while I try and do so!
Wow this turned into a bit of a whingy self-pitying post… didn’t mean for that to happen!

I always feel like I should apologise for this early stuff cos my artwork’s not up to much and the anatomy of my cast is just frightening!
Ah well! Plodding on with various projects… hopefully I’ll have stuff to show off soon!
